Sliced Cakes
Where can I purchase sliced cakes?
A: You can walk in to our outlet to purchase our daily sliced cakes, which are displayed on the 
cake shelf.
Alternatively, you may pre-order via WhatsApp.
If delivery is required, we can arrange it through Aider for an additional fee.


Can I mix different sliced cake flavors to form a whole cake?
A: Yes! Our sliced cakes are cut from a 7-inch whole cake.
We recommend selecting 8 slices to form a perfect 7-inch cake.


Can I leave the cake at room temperature?
A: Our mousse cakes should not be left at room temperature for more than 20 minutes, as they 
are best enjoyed chilled.
We recommend placing the cake in the refrigerator to chill before consuming for the best texture 
and taste.


How long can the sliced cakes last after purchase?
A: We recommend storing your sliced cakes in the fridge and consuming them within 1–2 days of 
purchase for the best taste and quality.

Whole Cakes
Is the cake freshly made?
A: Yes, all of our whole cakes are freshly made upon order.


How many days in advance should I pre-order a whole cake?
A: Kindly place your order at least 2 days in advance.


How do I order?
A:
Step 1: Browse our available products.
Step 2: Click on “Order”.
Step 3: You’ll be redirected to our WhatsApp.
Step 4: Place your order directly with us via WhatsApp.
Step 5: Complete your payment — we’ll assist you with the process.


What if I need a cake urgently? Will there be any whole cakes available in-store for walk-in 
purchase?
A: We do have a limited selection of ready-made whole cakes available in-store (while stock lasts).
You may check availability via WhatsApp or walk in directly.
Please expect a 20–30 minute wait time for preparation if purchasing on the spot.


Can I leave the cake at room temperature?
A: Our mousse cakes can only last up to 20 minutes at room temperature.
We recommend chilling the cake in the refrigerator before consumption for the best experience.


How long can I keep the whole cake?
A: Store the cake in the fridge and consume it within 2–3 days upon collection or delivery.


How to store the cakes?
A: Please store all cakes in the refrigerator immediately upon receiving.
Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.


Can I request a writing-on-cake service?
A: We do not provide custom messages on cakes.
Only a standard “Happy Birthday” message is available upon request.
Kindly inform us when placing the order if you would like to include it.


Can I customize a birthday cake?
A: We do not offer any customization options at the moment.


What is included in the whole cake package?
A: Each whole cake comes with:- 1 cake box- 1 cake knife- 1 set of candles (upon request) - A “Happy Birthday” stick (optional – please request when ordering)

DeliveryDo you provide delivery?A: Yes, we can arrange delivery via Aider for an additional fee.Alternatively, customers are welcome to self-arrange delivery through Lalamove or Grab.We recommend selecting a car instead of a motorcycle to ensure the product’s safety.Please note: Cool Girls Cmty will not be held responsible for any damages that occur during delivery.

Cancellation, Order Amendments, Exchanges & Refunds 
Can I cancel my order after payment confirmation? Will I get a full refund?
A: Cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled delivery or collection date will 
receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% 
refund. A full refund may be granted for cancellations with a valid reason, subject to approval.
Please contact our Cool Girls Community customer service team as soon as possible to process 
your request.


Can I change my order after full payment has been made?
A: Yes, you can make changes to your order by contacting our Cool Girls Cmty customer service 
team at least 2 days in advance.


Can I change my collection/delivery date after payment confirmation?
A: Yes, you may amend your collection or delivery date by notifying our Cool Girls Cmty customer 
service team at least 2 days prior to your original date.
