4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before preparation begins. Custom orders and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies prior to placing an order
